BFC Technical Office began its activity in the construction sector in May 2006.
The office is staffed by experienced engineers and partners with many years of on-site and design expertise, capable of undertaking all stages of a project’s implementation — from initial planning to final construction — with consistency and efficiency.

With the aim of providing optimal technical services, our office places special emphasis on thorough planning, strict adherence to project timelines, the use of guaranteed-quality materials, and their proper application. For every project, we carefully study and address functional requirements, promote spatial ergonomics, and combine them with a refined final aesthetic result.
The core activity of our technical office includes the renovation of residential properties and professional spaces, delivering each project in accordance with your requirements and needs, within the agreed timeframe.

Michael Charvatis
MichaelCharvatis, a graduate Civil Engineer of the National Technical University of Athens, with postgraduate studies at ENPC in Paris. He has been active in the construction sector since 2000. Prior to the establishment of BFC, and during the early years of the office’s operation, he worked with the companies Gnomon S.A. (2000–2002), Empedos (2003), and Gnomon Constructions S.A. (2004–2008), through which he participated in major projects such as:
- Design and construction of a new building complex for the Department of Civil Engineering at the Zografou Polytechnic Campus.
- New building facilities for the relocation and expansion of the electrical equipment manufacturing industry Emm. Kouvidis, in Tylisos, Heraklion, Crete.
- Completion of the construction of an office building at 209–211 Syngrou Avenue.
- Olympic project at the Pan-Peloponnesian National Stadium of Patras: upgrade works.
- Renovation of a listed building into office and light industrial spaces, converted into single-space multi-use lofts, at 123 Piraeus Street.
- Renovation of a listed building into office and light industrial spaces, converted into single-space multi-use lofts (Smart Loft).
Dimitris Solomonidis
Graduate Civil Engineer of the National Technical University of Athens. He has been active in the construction sector since 2001. Prior to the establishment of BFC, he worked with Chrysostomos Kokkinos S.A. (2001), Gnomon S.A. (2002–2003), and Chronos S.A. (2004–2006), participating in major projects such as:
- Pyrgos Hospital joint venture.
- Fit-out of cinema halls with ancillary service areas in Menidi, at Demokratias Avenue.
- Entertainment center with an underground parking facility on Acharnon Avenue.
- Industrial steel building in Koropi.
- Complex of holiday residences in Mykonos.
- as well as smaller-scale projects such as banks, residences, and more.
